Hosting a Fireside Chat (eLearning)
The purpose of this eLearning was to help build knowledge and practical skills in the best methods for hosting and facilitating a virtual Q&A session or “fireside chat”. The solution allowed learners to self-select content based on prior / desired knowledge and preferred time allocation.

This course was built in Rise, with Storyline blocks used for interactive content. With three navigation paths and a quick reference guide, the learner can explore the entire training or download the “just in time” resource with helpful checklists.

Leadership Development Training (eLearning + Resources)
This course was built from a 320+ hour qualitative / empathy study done with managers within Square business and technical teams. From that study we built personas and tackled some of the key capability and skill gaps of our manager community. The self-guided solution provides key concepts around performance management, virtual practice opportunities, and just-in-time resources managers can use for their performance and coaching conversations.

This four-part course was built in Storyline to be completed asynchronously in learner-determined order. Interactions were built using Storyline. Animations were built using Powtoon and an in-house motion graphic tool. Audio and video was edited in Adobe Audition and Premiere. Voice-over was built text-to-voice using Murph AI.

This was an instructional design job interview assignment. The task was to develop a short tutorial or eLearning to teach a commonly used app in a simple way.

New Agent Onboarding Program (Blended)
This learning solution was created for a national pilot program designed to train new-to-real estate agents on the basics of the trade. The weeklong course included virtual instructor-led presentations, role play and practice activities; self-guided eLearning modules; and in-the-field hands-on activities. The visual and interactive components of the course were built using Storyline, Rise, Adobe Creative Suite, Powtoon (animations), and in-house 3D/VR (Matterport) technologies.

HR Influence & Leadership Training (eLearning)
This learning solution was a project to convert voice-over Powerpoint deck(s) into an interactive “choose-your-own-adventure” style e-Learning for HR business partners in Amazon Logistics hubs. The learning outcome was to teach influence and leadership skills, to provide virtual “hands-on” practice opportunities, and to simulate issue HRBPs would face in their day-to-day people management. The solution was built in Storyline with Powtoon animations. Completing the specific scenario based activities and scoring well, the learner could “unlock” Vincent, a virtual dog who could be walked around a dog park (a.k.a. knowledge reinforcement.)
